Real estate is not a new passion for Melissa as it all started in the early 2000's, even before starting her career as an agent. She initially sharpened her real estate acumen in buying, selling, flipping and renting out properties. Those personal investments, coupled with her extensive Human Resources background, make for a "been there, done that" attitude while always providing impeccable advice.

As a Military Relocation Professional (MRP) and a VA Mortgage Certified Agent, Melissa loves working with those who have and are currently serving and their families. Melissa has many fond memories of the times she had the honor to work side-by-side with former military when she worked as a government contractor. One of her highest honors was working in direct support of the Army and the Joint Chiefs of Staff immediately after 9/11.
